Arcadial Properties has also successfully partnered in a syndication deal in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with Cardone Capital, an experienced real estate investment firm headed by Grant Cardone. Cardone Capital has a real estate portfolio of 10,000 apartment units across 31 multifamily properties along with over 225,000 square feet of commercial office space. Cardone Capital has $1.3B assets under management and has successfully raised over $650 million across 14 funds from over 5,000 accredited and non-accredited investors.
